Joining this company at the moment the Internet hype started falling down. It was transformed from a costly operation into a profitable implementation of technology. Rebuilding the entire infrastructure from commercial software to opensource at the cost of the license fees. Where also the availability grew dramatic to a near 100%.
Also the transition was made from a free access provider to paid broadband access.
Important element was the creation of a digital conveyorbelt. From ordering to delivery of any service there was no human intervention. Only in case of exceptions, which were less than 5%.
